Strengths
Prototype overall size and length. Rangy tackler that flies around the field. Impressive play speed. Great acceleration and closing burst. Very fluid in space. Easily opens/flips his hips to drop in coverage. Good change-of-direction skills. Light/bouncy on his feet. Plus strength and overall tackling ability. Able to shed blockers with length and strength. Can side step to avoid being squared up. Quick to react in coverage. Exceptional hands and ball production. Great competitiveness. High motor and effort. Has the all-around skillset to play any off-ball linebacker spot. Four years of starting experience and 90+ tackles every season. Former high school defensive back and wide receiver.
Weaknesses
Needs to show more control at times as a tackler. Sometimes aggressiveness will cause him to overrun a play. Average awareness as a run defender. Athleticism may have stood out more because of competition level.

Conclusion
Overall, Wilson is a three-down linebacker with a great combination of size, coverage skills, and competitiveness as a tackler. He probably fits best playing weak side linebacker in a 4-3 defense, but Wilson can thrive in any off-ball role and should be an impact player on passing downs.
These are helpful for the small school guys for me.
