Strengths

Prototype size with muscular build. Sideline-to-sideline range and athleticism. Intimidating presence on the backend. Physical and aggressive overall player. Great acceleration and closing speed. Comes up fast to deliver big hits. Forceful hitter in space. Can blast underneath crossers from deep safety spot. Strong taking on blocks and will be the aggressor. Competitive and doesn’t back down from clashes with offensive lineman. Wraps up in the hole. Tries to punch the ball out. Great route recognition in intermediate zone coverage. Very quick to see and break on underneath throws. Phenomenal ball skills and production. Recorded interceptions against multiple noteworthy quarterbacks. Does a lot of communicating on the backend. Played all over the place (single-high, split safety, linebacker, slot).

Weaknesses

Aggressiveness leads to busts in over-the-top coverage. Too easily beat vertically as a deep safety. Struggles with quick change of direction. Not great in man coverage out of the slot. Average instincts inside versus the run. Will take poor angles and allow ball-carriers to get the edge. Needs to be more under control. Really struggled versus Louisville in 2019. Coming off torn ACL suffered in October.

Conclusion

Overall, Cisco is a physical, playmaking safety that can come up to deliver a big hit or take the ball away with an interception. The athleticism is certainly there to fix some of the flaws, and playing in more split-safety looks rather than as a centerfielder is a better fit at the next level.
