Strengths

Extremely strong upper body. Very muscular for an offensive lineman. Wide and broad-chested. Plus length for the interior. Big and powerful. Tremendous athleticism for his size. Excellent turn-and-seal strength. Strikes are very powerful and effective. Can clip a defender with a quick shove. Above-average acceleration as a puller. Smooth into and through the hole. Very good field vision. Quick to recognize and act on an opportunity to move a pile. Extremely strong anchor in pass protection. Uses hands/length to keep distance as a pass protector. Plays with ideal physicality/toughness. Seems like a good character for the offensive line room. Starting experience scattered in first three seasons before taking over as full-time starter in 2020.

Weaknesses

Would like to see him engage and overpower more in the running game. Can be too top-heavy and forward-leaning. Average first-step quickness and foot quickness in general. A bit stiff/lumbering. Needs to be more accurate on second-level blocks. Sometimes jolted back early in the rep. Could move his feet better in pass protection. Ruled academically ineligible for 2020 Sugar Bowl.

Conclusion

Overall, Cleveland is a very strong guard that is built on the same spectrum as The Mountain from Game of Thrones and Bane from The Dark Knight Rises. While he can be slow-footed in some instances, the size, power, and athleticism should draw Day 2 consideration for teams looking to upgrade on the interior.
