Anthony Firkser | Titans TE

The Titans signed tight end Anthony Firkser to a contract extension.

It's a one-year deal that keeps Firkser, who was set to become an exclusive rights free agent next month, in Tennessee for the 2020 season. Firkser had two touchdowns in the postseason, so the former undrafted free agent is someone to keep an eye on moving forward as he continues to develop.

Anthony Firkser | Titans TE

Anthony Firkser catches one pass in Week 17 loss.

It went for eight yards. Firkser made some plays this year and finished with a 19/225/1 line, but he won't be on the fantasy radar as Delanie Walker and Jonnu Smith return in 2019.

Anthony Firkser | Titans TE

Anthony Firkser caught two passes for 16 yards in Saturday's win over the Redskins.

Firkser was outshined by MyCole Pruitt (29 yards, including the game-winning touchdown), but he remains the top tight end for Tennessee. Look for him to make more of an impact next week against the Colts as a low-end TE2 option.

Anthony Firkser | Titans TE

Anthony Firkser caught three passes for 27 yards in Tennessee's win over the Jags.

Firkser saw an extended role after Jonnu Smith (knee) left the game, but the Titans didn't need to throw much in a 30-9 victory. If Smith is out next Sunday against the Giants, Firkser—who has somewhat emerged in recent weeks—could be worth considering as a streamer.

Anthony Firkser | Titans TE

Anthony Firkser scores in win over the Jets.

It was the first career touchdown for the rookie out of Harvard, who finished with three receptions for 42 yards and the score. Over the past three games, Firkser has now gone for lines of 3/44, 4/52, and 3/42/1, so he's become more of a factor for the Titans in a playoff run. Still, he isn't a recommended fantasy option in Week 14.

Anthony Firkser | Titans TE

Anthony Firkser caught four passes for 52 yards in Monday night's loss to the Texans.

Firkser hauled in all four of his targets as Marcus Mariota didn't throw an incomplete pass until the final drive of the game, but Tennessee simply didn't make enough plays in a 34-17 defeat. Fantasy owners should look elsewhere heading into Week 13.

Anthony Firkser | Titans TE

Anthony Firkser catches three passes in Week 11.

Firkser gained 44 yards on his three receptions (three targets) against the Colts. This was a solid performance for Firkser, but he's not a recommended fantasy option right now.

Anthony Firkser | Titans TE

Anthony Firkser catches one pass in Week 10.

Firkser gained 11 yards on his lone reception against the Patriots. Firkser isn't yet a fantasy option, as he's more of a real-life contributor for the Titans.

Anthony Firkser | Titans TE

Anthony Firkser caches two passes against the Ravens.

Firkser gained 25 yards on his two receptions, marking the first receptions of his career. Congrats to Firkser on the first NFL catches. He's not a fantasy option quite yet, though.
