Strengths
Strong and well-built target. Intelligent route runner. Smooth and subtle out of breaks. Creates separation at the top of the route. Patient running routes. Effective throttling down or accelerating. Knows how to find space against zone coverage. Size makes it difficult for defenders to make a play in trail coverage. Underrated speed shows up on drags and crosses. Provides a good vertical target down the seam. Very soft hands. Makes contested catches in traffic. Excellent hand-eye coordination. Great length to snatch balls away from his frame. Tough and physical with the ball in his hands. Routinely fights for extra yards. Strong stiff arm. Not dominant but does a quality job as a run blocker. Good in pass protection. Played great versus top competition.
Weaknesses
Lacks elite explosiveness and off-the-ground athleticism. Could stay engaged and drive better as an in-line blocker. Almost exclusively used as in-line tight end or in the slot.

Conclusion
Overall, Kmet is a strong, intelligent tight end with a natural feel for running routes and getting open as a short/intermediate target that can also go down the seam. He will be best used as a traditional in-line tight end with the size, toughness, and natural receiving skills to be one of the best all-around players at his position.
We need him.
If he can improve his blocking
Sounds really good.
